Independent buyer-side role
TriRoute Procurement and its sourcing role
TriRoute Procurement helps business buyers turn a three-wheeler duty into supplier questions and a comparable quotation record. We do not manufacture vehicles, represent a factory, act as importer of record, certify compliance, or promise inventory. Supplier identity, capability, price, MOQ, timing, and documents remain subject to current evidence.

What we coordinate
We organize the buyer brief, candidate-factory questions, quotation lines, specification exceptions, sample requests, inspection scope, and delivery handoff. The work is designed to make passenger, cargo, electric, or engine-powered offers easier to compare without hiding differences.
What remains separate
Factory approval, vehicle sale, payment acceptance, warranty, import, FMVSS or EPA applicability, registration, insurance, financing, and destination services remain with the responsible supplier, buyer, and qualified destination-side parties.
Boundaries that protect the comparison
The buyer owns the operating brief
Use, surface, route, riders, passengers, carried load, body dimensions, quantity, destination, budget basis, and required timing come from the purchasing organization.
The supplier owns the offered configuration
Each candidate identifies the exact frame, body, powertrain, battery, brakes, wheels, included accessories, MOQ, sample terms, and quotation validity.
TriRoute organizes comparable records
We align currency, Incoterm, inspection, packing, documents, and logistics lines while flagging exceptions instead of averaging unlike offers.
Qualified parties assess destination acceptance
A company brochure or family document cannot establish applicability to every model, model year, and destination. Open evidence stays visible for review.
How the TriRoute role works
Can an incomplete requirement be submitted?
Yes. Mark open choices as undecided and explain the duty. Clarification comes before supplier matching, not after an unsupported promise.
Does TriRoute rate suppliers as premium or budget?
No. Those labels record buyer preferences about cost, finish, customization, and support. They are not verified grades.
Can a lower unit price be treated as a saving?
No. The vehicle, options, tooling, inspection, transport, freight, duty, and destination services must share one comparison basis.
Who confirms sample acceptance?
The parties must agree on test conditions, measurements, records, tolerances, and production inspection. One sample does not establish batch consistency.
Who signs the purchasing agreement?
The buyer and selected supplier define product, price, payment, warranty, inspection, delivery, and remedies in their applicable agreements.
Begin with the facts your team can approve
Send a duty brief, specification, or reference link with quantity and destination. We will frame unresolved options as supplier questions and keep current evidence requirements explicit.
